Easy Rabri mithai Recipe. Rabri or Rabdi is a very delicious traditional North Indian dessert Recipe. Rabri is always loved by most Indian people because of its creamy, smooth, and chilled fantasy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter Whole fat milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 6-7 pieces Almonds 
  • 6-7 pieces Pistachios
  • few Safforon
  • Elaichi powder
  • Rose essence

Instructions
 

  • Put the whole milk in a non-stick pan and make sure it is a wide mouth. Boil the milk in medium flame. Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook slowly.
  • Stir frequently.
  • Leave the malai (cream) to thicken at the pan’s edge.
  • Keep stirring once in a while, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan, and collect malai/cream on one side of the pan.
  • Boil until the milk thickens and the consistency is 1/4 of its original volume.
  • Meanwhile, wash the almonds and pistachios and slice them thinly. Set aside.
  • Soak saffron in 2 tbsp of warm milk.
  • Add sugar (According to the Sweetness you want), Elaichi powder, and soaked saffron threads, and sliced almonds and pistachios.
  • Mix well, remove from Fire.
  • Now the last step is cool that in the refrigerator and Ready to serve.
